This Cassette Film Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed at CassetteFilm.net are processed, packed, and delivered. We design precision film scanning tools, and we apply the same level of care and discipline to fulfillment as we do to product design.

Every order is inspected prior to shipment.

Order Processing Standards

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Each product is:

  • Quality checked

  • Carefully packaged to prevent movement or edge damage

  • Secured for domestic and international transit

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

During peak launches or product releases, processing times may extend slightly. If that occurs, we communicate proactively.

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays once the package is in transit

Address Accuracy & Delivery Confirmation

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Cassette Film is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Carrier-related delays or routing errors

If a package is returned due to address error, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  2. Retain all packaging materials

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation.

Pre-Orders & Limited Production Runs

Some Cassette Film products are manufactured in limited batches.

If purchasing a pre-order item:

  • Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once available
