Shipping policy
Processing:
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at info@cassette.net immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be canceled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Warehouse hours are from 8am-5pm PST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Tracy Ca warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 11 am will be sent out on the following Monday.
Domestic:
Ground shipping takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by USPS.
International:
All orders outside the US will be shipped using UPS Economy or UPS Priority. Shipping rates are calculated by UPS and the international flat shipping rate is good for apparel only and under 15 lbs. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify it for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 2 to 12 days. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
